How I turn commitments into a credible delivery plan
I bring 12+ years of product and project management experience across technical teams and international clients. I work with business stakeholders, engineering leads, designers, and QA to make scope, ownership, and trade-offs clear.
Where I take ownership
- Scoping and planning. I define outcomes, workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Team coordination. I align engineers, designers, vendors, and client teams on responsibilities and decisions.
- Risk and change management. I surface blockers, assess their impact, and present practical options before commitments drift.
- Stakeholder communication. I provide concise updates, explain decisions, and give an honest view of what happens next.
- Release and handover. I coordinate readiness checks, acceptance, documentation, and the transition into ongoing operations.
My experience with technically demanding work
At Chainflip, I coordinated projects and documentation for a cross-chain infrastructure team. My enterprise AI platform work covers agent runtimes, integrations, approval workflows, and phased roadmaps. At WBECS, now Coaching.com, I coordinated launches involving developers, automation specialists, copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders.
How I keep delivery practical
I establish the planning, review, reporting, and escalation practices each project needs. I use Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, and Aha to support clear decisions and accountability, keeping the process proportionate to the team and the work.
