I bring senior product and project management experience across Crowdbotics, Topflight Apps, Jointo, and Trusted In Trading. I combine customer understanding, technical fluency, and delivery discipline to help teams decide what to build and bring it to market.

• Product discovery. I conduct customer interviews, analyse workflows, frame problems, and validate assumptions before major build decisions.
• Strategy and prioritisation. I define the product vision, assess the competitive context, make trade-offs, and build roadmaps with measurable success criteria.
• Hands-on delivery. I write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, review designs, and work closely with engineering and QA.
• Launch and adoption. I plan releases, improve onboarding, gather user feedback, and use analytics to guide the next iteration.
• Fractional product management. I provide senior product management and team coordination on a flexible basis.

My product management experience

At Topflight Apps, I worked on user testing, journey mapping, product KPIs, and remote patient monitoring. At Crowdbotics, I prioritised roadmaps, managed product acceptance, tracked adoption, and coordinated multiple teams. Through Bookmap, I also bring experience with real-time trading software and market-data workflows.
